Ysgol Tregarth Phase 2 Refurbishment Works for YGC
Works consisted of:
- Renewal of ceiling & floor finishes - removal of existing false ceiling in the main hall bringing life to the original buildings ceiling and beams
- New light fittings to the main hall.
- Toilet refurbishment in infant classroom.
- Asbestos removal.
- External decoration and re-plastering work, bringing new life to the exterior of the school.
- New windows and doors.
Regular meetings were held with client and designers to assess progress.
Regular health and safety audits were carried out to keep the site compliant and free of accidents/incidents.
Contract was delivered on time and within budget.
