Menai Bridge heritage centre is a grade 2 listed building.
The building was initially an old house with an attached shed.
The contract consisted of the following works:
Existing house was gutted and remodelled into office space with new decor throughout
The attached shed had a new roof structure put in place with new lead work and re-slated with the existing slate
The shed floor was dug out and new concrete floor put in place
All the interior of shed and house was boarded and decorated throughout
New soffits fascias and rainwater goods put in place
All walls were injected with waterproof system and gable rendered keeping with the traditional look.
Regular meetings were held with client and designers to assess progress. Regular health and safety audits were carried out to keep the site compliant and free of accidents/incidents.
